Just some thoughts...
1) Yes, Rees is one of the last (and probably the most important other than Elston) BK-hired coaches to leave
2) Yes, Bama not dead yet - Had #1 2023 class by a good clip over GA
3) I do like CWJr., but I'm nto hearing as much about him post-FAU at his USF and current Ole Miss OC roles
4) And yes, this is an amazing opportunity for MFMF to his stamp on the program with hiring the next guy for this all-too-important role that is crucial to ND having a chance at another Natty
5) I think someone already mentioned him but how about Jim Svoboda (not a younger guy) who helped turnaround Tulane from 2-10 to 12-2 and beating USC in bowl game? Just not sure why the hell he was forced out (story alludes to that) after this magical year and replaced by the Tight Ends coach promoted to new OC?
Jim Svoboda not returning to Tulane football staff after one year as offensive coordinator; otherwise, maybe someone upcoming?
