I'd be pretty surprised if Cooks came back. I guess you can't always believe what you read in the recruiting space but it sounds like he bad mouthed ND every chance he got when he was at Oklahoma.

Hypothetically, would we even want him? I know he can recruit but TT gave up THE MOST, 130/130, passing yards in the country last year.

Ha, if he was like 70th, MAYBE.

But just to put a nail in the Cooks coffin: Oklahoma improved to 46th in 2019 after he left, so.....
