I don't want this to come off too strong, but: He, like someone said earlier, is a top 10-15 player if he leaves this year. He will be getting paid in months if he so chooses. This is another example of blatant disregard for rules, entitlement, and instant gratification. I like Gurley a lot, seems like a really nice kid and he is IMO the best back I have seen since AP. But those characteristics that I listed above are the cause of a lot of issues with athletes today and us minimizing it or arguing against the importance of the rule is exactly why these guys constantly break them. I am proud of the University of Georgia and Coach Richt. He is no Jimbo, making excuses about what a great kid he is, I mean it is possible to be a good kid and commit a punishable offense.
