Cleveland was the better team for sure, congrats to you Guardian fans on a trip to the ALCS. The Cinderella run by my gritty Tigs was a surprise and a treat. Young squad. Hope they build in FA to complement that young core. It had been so long since meaningful baseball was played in the Motor City, thankful for the October run.

Now go beat the Yankees!

Amazing how good they are considering how young they are. Going to be an exciting future for Tigers fans. Tribe is such a fun team to root for.

Rodon looked strong for the second start in a row. Kind of a weird game. Yankees getting runners on base in the 1st and 2nd but come up empty. Start loading the bases in the third and Cleveland gifts them a couple of runs with wild pitches after pulling their starter. Cleveland had five wild pitches total. Tonight should be low scoring with Cole and Bibbee on the mound.

Don't know if he's out of his mini-slump, but good to see Judge launch one last night. Game 2 mirrored Game 1 in a lot of ways. I'm not sure if it was good pitching or bad hitting, but numerous missed opportunities for both leaving a lot of guys on base. Cleveland has the best home record and with three at home, it's still any ones series.

There’s literally almost an entire starting 9 of former White Sox players making an impact in the playoffs.

Love me some Kopech. I remember when he was a #1 pick for the BoSox before being traded to ChiSox (Sale trade?). Battled injuries as a starter before finding his niche in relief. Still thinks he can be a starter so maybe there’s a future for him there. Lord knows there’s plenty of room in the Dodgers starting rotation…what a shitshow

Thanks brother! That was fun.
Lane Thomas and "Big Christmas" Noel deserve a lot of props for keeping this thing alive with 2 outs in the bottom of the ninth. But Fry, time and time again comes through when called upon and needed.
Go Guardians!
That was nuts! Glad it’s still anyone’s series.

That swing by Noel was the fastest I've ever seen. It was like a blur.

You know my connection to this baseball team and why I want them to win.

I was sitting in a bar last night when Judge and Stanton gave them the lead (When Stanton made it 4-3, I'm pretty sure I said "Jesus F***ing Christ" louder than I should have). I was in the car listening when the Guardians tied it up and had to maintain while on the road. By the time I got home, I settled in for the bottom of the tenth.

Fry's ball went out, I went ballistic, then teared up when the texts started coming in from family members. Been a rough few weeks for them out there regarding other matters. A little bit of hope when they needed it.

I know how much that win had to mean for you and your loved ones. I am so happy that the Guardians could give you all that moment. I was actually thinking about you when Fry hit it out.

This team could have rolled over and played dead but they have a fight in them. Never quit and go get them Yanks!

Go Guardians!:baseball:
