Knowing that Armando Allen has played his last game for ND made me want to say thanks for his work and dedication.

Thanks for coming out as a senior and buying into the new system and coaching scheme.

Thanks for rededicating yourself this year and going all out even though you've been fighting injuries your whole career at ND.

Thanks for being a leader and for helping others to buy into the scheme.

I wish there were some way to give you an honorary TD in the USC game ,but how about if they just go spank the Spartans for you instead.

Well said, I have enjoyed watching all of these guys play, even if the results weren't always what we wanted, they helped make my fall Saturdays something I look forward to every week. Armando, Big Stew, Brian Smith, Kerry Neal, and all the others, thank you for your sacrifices and efforts for ND. Good luck to all of them no matter where life takes them......
Side note--we all get so wrapped up in W's and L's and other petty bull**** we lose sight sometimes of how great College football is, God I love it!!

Must say it one more time: Armando was our heart and soul [along with silent Big Ian] for the whole early part of the season when no one was stepping up to lead. Bless you, big fella, I don't believe anyone really knows how important you were to us this year. If we win a bowl game, they should give you the ball [maybe cut it in half and give the other half to Ian].
