I've seen him around. I just haven't been here long enough to know much about the regulars.

If your bored go to the word game that will kill 10 minutes:pbanana:

Who was the stud that started the word game thread anyway?

I'm super bored. Also, I had an exam today and I'm pretty sure that after an exam there is a big let down and you feel down the rest the day (after the initial high afterwards). Am I right or am I crazy?

I suppose that depends on weather you have anything to replace the missing activity in your mind. My usual reaction is "Thank God that's over".

If the word games takes 10 min, you're not playing it right. Word association is supposed to be instantaneous.

I guess my comment was insensitive towards those who's brain's are, shall we say, analogous to an Atari gamestation when the rest of us have PS3's.

Sorry spinner.

I'm close to getting bored again, so I just may start a new thread. But I'm not there yet.

I'm bored too. I just spent 10 minutes in the word game thread.

1) you're already in the top 10 of the money list
2) there's nothing to bet on right now, so what good do they do?

Shyte!

I've been trying to find a little help on how to start a new thread. This thread showed up.

I drink to Spinner all the time. Hell, Word Game accounts for a big chunk of my v-wealth!

I've started at least one, maybe two threads in my (wasted?) years on this site. It/they involved the death of a family member. One a sister by blood and the other a Notre Dame brother.

The new thread I have in mind is infinitely more upbeat. I'm just having no luck re-tracing and remembering the steps.

To resurrect a phrase from my youth when a foul ball or punt went errant – "Little Help?"

Two days and no response, sad. I did provide a "Little Help" in the Lep Lounge with your own thread.

To create a new thread, go to the appropriate forum, say, The Leprechaun Lounge. Now look to the left side of the page for a button that reads "New Thread". It will be above one of the pairs of blue and gold section lines. After you click on New Thread, a new window will open open for you to type your message. If you forget to add a new title, a prompt box will appear advising that you need to do so. It will not post your new thread if the title box is empty. Be advised that once you type in the title box AND in the message box, hitting post puts up your post for eternity or until a mod deletes it so make sure the grammar and spelling are correct. If you create a title missing a comma you can't correct it. You can go to Advanced Mode and edit the title but when you hit post reply it won't change.
Phammer or one of the powers that be locked out title editing by the original poster years ago. If gives the mods a sense of purpose. Rather than just be deletors and banners, they can Edit like an Editor.
