I never like tweaking ND's uniforms, but these look good. I do agree with others that Navy's look better, but ND's still look solid.

I'm in the minority, but I love the shade of Notre Dame's gold pants. It stands out and is unique.

With all modifications to ND's uniforms, the goal should always be "less is more." Don't mess with perfection.

I like them. It doesn't have to be a vomit of colors. Looks classic, with a few nice upgrades.

They don't always have to be muted in the design either. It just seems we have gone too far in the direction of "bling" and it not working most of the time. This is a good swinging back of the pendulum. Hopefully, they can strike a better balance going forward of somewhere in the middle with unique looks that honor who ND is as a team/university.

FWIW, if you're a nerd about these things like I am, broke down and bought the Dublin jersey on Fanatics. Just arrived and does indeed have the Irish flag on the back.
