He stated if there’s a trick play the second ball handler cannot throw the ball away period

If it weren't a flea flicker, it'd have been fine. But because Hartman became the second ball handler, that's why it was IG.

They said "outside the tackles" doesn't apply on a flea flicker.

Disappointing start for Rocco, and that's probably an understatement. He needs to start pushing guys around. If he's going to be good at anything, it should be moving guys.
