Also how do you afford to live out there. My gosh. Lol. I travel quite a bit and that is the most overpriced place I have ever been.

Vegas is the most over priced place you've been? All things considered, one of the cheapest.

Really? People move here from all over the country because of the low cost of living

I had a free flight, free room stayed 3 nights and spent 1900.00 not counting gambling. Decent meal cost 200.00

My girlfriend got a vodka cranberry at a pool party at MGM and it was 63.00

26 dollar 16 ounce bud light

Yeah, if we go to a casino it isn't on the strip. We have out local hotel/casinos which are local friendly.

OK yeah well the clubs on the strip are hella expensive. I think I paid like $150 once just for the cover to Light. I'm still shocked it was $60+ for a mixed drink, but I've never been to one of the "pool parties."

Once you get off the strip, Vegas is extremely affordable. Much less expensive than San Francisco, New York, DC, or other major cities.

There's all kinds of articles out there about how to get the best bang for you buck in LV. Last time I was out there, we had free passes to get into some "it" club. After spending a few hundred in less than an hour, we left and went to what I thought was a better bar, that was pretty reasonable. Unless you are more concerned about being "it", there's a lot of cheap fun to be had.

The bar is fully stocked... lasagna and Italian sausages are in the oven. The Irish faithful should be arriving very soon.

Cheers and Go Irish!!

Anyone else sensing some irony in the background song being "It takes two" by Rob Base? Does that mean we'll need Wimbush today afterall?
