You must actually enjoy watching football, because it's football. Cheers!
Elite recruiting mediocre team.
Thoughts:
- GAIII not impressing again.
- Who's calling plays? Lee Corso? When we were on their 30 yard line and it was 3rd and 3, have to run Cam back to back. There's no way they stop him twice. He churns too well.
And a funny note. This is how the Coliseum looks like:

- I like that they're letting it fly down field. They're not completing enough, but it can open up the run. Hopefully.
By the way, Wisconsin is destroying Purdue running the ball (262 yards in just two quarters). Just like us last week.. oh.

For those of you criticizing the offensive game plan, MSU is a great D, especially against the run. We're trying to go over the top to spread out the D to run. MSU also ranks about 100th in the NCAA in penalty yards this season. The game plan exploits their tendency to commit pass interference penalties.
We are doing exactly what I thought we'd do against their man coverage on the outside, but we're not winning the individual matchups as I thought we would and Tommy has been off on quite a few throws today.
If I were to be critical of the first half, I'd say we're looking deep too much and abandoning the intermediate routes. Have we run a slant all game?
Whatever though. It was a disappointing half but we'll be fine. If the offense executes better we should win comfortably.
It's more enjoyable to drink and win.
But I stay sober in close games for obvious violent reasons.
Needless to say, I'm sober.
This is the kind of thinking that leads to huge let downs and crying fan bases in the future. He's playing well--that's it.
Ehh. I don't know.
I've actually really liked the calling. The pressure (from Koyack sucking) have ruined a few of he underneath routes that would have helped big time.
Ever bounce a Bud Light bottle off a 60 inch flat screen? LOL...
