really wish we could get rid of navy on the schedule.

especially in years like this.

2 triple option teams is just begging for more injuries.

So the game plan will be to protect Kizer by running the ball 40 times. I mean, it's a rather predictable strategy under the circumstances but Luatua seems to be confirmation.

Kizer looks to throw a pretty live ball so I'm guessing he will be taking a number of shots downfield. Those are simple reads after all.

Play "our offense" that we saw against Texas and run the ball 50+ times and we will win this game.

Do you think we will get around 50 rushing attempts this week? That seems to be the optimal game plan against any team with the occasional bomb down the field to preferably fuller once they load the box. Control the clock with our massive oline and keep the defense off the field, which is still a long long way away from reaching it's potential.

Notre Dame appeared to be following that plan in the 1st quarter against Virgina then seemed to panic and abandon their game plan. I might be crazy here but maybe it's time for Kelly to hand over control of the offense to Sanford. Sanford's game-plan with Boise State and Jay Ajayi was very impressive.

I think that's your answer...

I forgot where i read it but it was a paid site so either rivals/247 but they indicated that it was denbrock doing the play calling w/ BK having final say...so this isn't sanford's doing...plus following the texas game, robertson said he loved how denbrock called the game and they showed him how they would use him which is what he liked
