All you have to do is watch the team's reaction during the post-game locker room speech @ Mich St. and you realize what this game means to them. Once Kelly mentions next week vs. Mich the locker room exploded. They don't need this to fire them up. They were ready to beat Mich. after the clocks hit zero in East Lansing.

Yea Kelly and the boys will play it down...

but no one on the planet is wired and nurtured to be more territorial than a defensive lineman...no team in the country depends more on one player than skunkbear leans on Denard...the pranksters just put Denard in a pen with a handfull of Brahma Bulls, then set the nut shocker off on them...even if skunkbear wins, they'll regret doing that...Denard will regret they did that. ...hehehehehe!

This kinda sucks...after we play skunkbear, I actually enjoy watching Denard from time to time...he may be killed...

In all seriousness, I don't think ND needs any more motivation...they were already spun up, and it would appear this team knows how to close out a game....
execute better than the last 3, and we win...skunky knows, thats why he's trying to distract us...eyes on the prize...Denard was already going to get hit...had nothing to do with a prank.

Interesting how as every game comes up, ESPN talks about last year's game or the game from 2 years ago, completely ignoring the fact that we blew MSU out last year. I sincerely hope we humiliate Michigan on primetime national television, and I won't have an inkling of apathy. It's been a long time coming.

Let them have their chuckle about their dopey little prank... I have a feeling that, after this week's game, Denard will not be the same for the rest of the year.

I'm not wishing anyone gets injured - even a skunk bear - but just watching the brutally physical nature of our defense and the willowy, spindly frame of Denard Robinson makes me think that the placing of a banner is going to be the highlight of the rest of the year for skunk bear fans once they leave South Bend.

If you listen to the Rocket, you would know that is in fact NOT a game. This is some legendary stuff that's about to pop off in the stadium. It's gon "set you free up in this camp." That's what it is.

Some of our fanbase needs to sack up. The sissification of our fans is something that only wins will take away. Saying that we should accept scUM fans desecrating our stadium as "a good prank" shows that you guys are used to getting ran over. Have some pride in our house, our university and our team.

I think this is great. Things like this is what fuel the fire in rivalries. As long as no real damage is done I like to see students getting involved.
