It would not have mattered. He NEVER cleared ND Admissions. He was one of two recruits in '95 that Holtz tried to finesse past Admissions with signed LOIs. Neither had been approved and neither ever were admitted.

Moss wanted to come, and his decisions caused him not to come (well and apparently academics too). Never fails though...people who had a shot to go to ND and screw it up or choose not to almost always express remorse as older men
