I would ask was it the whole test or specific sections of the test that were found to be problematic?
The Human Relations section in the sample test had questions that are pretty subjective in nature.

The article above states that the test was not “job related” and the test composition was as follows:
- 15 reading questions
- 20 math questions
- 20 writing questions
- 15 map-reading questions
- 30 questions on interpersonal competency and human relations
- For two years, an additional section added 28 reasoning questions.
I can see those last two sections being pretty subjective based on the sample test provided and therefore problematic.
Seems to me that those skill sets would be better assessed using an in person interview and reference check.
Seems like this might not be as “insane” as first presented.
