In the heat of the moment anything can happen. Who knows if later on in the game they worked it out and learned. Tv won't show the good only the bad.

I know Kizer pretty much won this one, but damn....when did the QB keeper begin to be such a part of the offense? I can't get used to it. Anyway, ND should've won by 3+ Tds tonight, that was painful to watch at times. Whatever....it was a win and we have to move on..

Sloppy, ugly game ... but we got a "w". Jaylon had a really good game. On the drive as the third quarter was winding down, he was spectacular. But nobody else really stood out to me. Kizer's running was good but CJ got stuffed. Red zone bed shitting has to get cleaned up. Pitt always plays ND tough and we don't really have a SS until the second half next week. Turnovers are going to kill us!

Lol@ some of you crying over BK getting "rough" with Grimes. That is some soft a** thinking right there. The whole idea of "oh think of the children!" is hilarious. BK is a grown man, Grimes is a grown man, and all the players on the team are over 18. Football is a nasty, violent, and immensely physical game. BK was fired up and grabbed an assistant's assistant and yelled at him. Oh well. We don't know the context of their relationship, the situation, etc.

People are acting like this is tennis or something. What do you think happened in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s during football games? If the team had played with half the passion of BK all game long we would have won by 3 touchdowns.

So I'm a little confused after that game. Looking at Temple's resume I'd be inclined to say they're not very good. But their defense looks pretty decent. They miss no tackles. They always are around the ball. They completely shut down CJ. Now their secondary was completely over-matched but it didn't seem to factor in that much due to our play calling. Why were we constantly throwing one yard passes hoping our guys would make people miss? When we went down field our success rate (completion or PI) was very very high. Why do we always seem to wait until it's do or die to start doing things we should've been doing all day? I mean we had 3 fucking points for the first 28 minutes of the second half. Temple's d is pretty good but they're not that damn good. I just don't know what to think of this team. I think we can beat anybody for 2 quarters. I also think we can lose two quarters to anybody. Why can't we just put it together? Play calling was shit again this game. I'm tired of it.

It has been awhile. It goes though lol. Went from Dallas to Houston and now back to South Bend. This is the first Notre Dame Season I've been able to watch every game since around 2004. It's nice to have these Saturdays back lol.
