Can't imagine the optics would be great there.

Tough spot for the folks down there I guess. Might as well keep it I guess, they need some stadium there for SDSU. Maintenance costs might be less than building a newer smaller venue for SDSU/potentially MLS.

Very true. I don’t think they’d say, “hey get out by next year.” I’d assume it would be a few years to mull options. But yeah I feel for San Diego because this move for the Chargers just isn’t good.

We need to go hard after top 100 RBs late in the cycle. Incredible the difference Dex makes.

You guys are complete bullshit. I will leave this site forever if you don't lighten up on the BS about Navy being dirty. That OL fell on Drue. He did NOT roll up on him to hurt him. I went to school with these guys - I know their character - and I will NOT tolerate this BS you guys are throwing down. I am so OVER IT!

These guys will be defending our country and putting their lives at risk. You are totally classless for this shit narrative going on for far too long.

I realize me leaving this site will mean nothing to you but everything to me.

Love ya as a poster, but I'll say this.

I love "The Navy". My dad served in the 60s, as did others in my family. I appreciate any sacrifice of service. I also appreciate what Navy did for ND.

That said, look at the replay. Not the replay the network showed. What the network showed was cut to much and showed when 67 was already in the motion. Rewind the actual play. I'd like to see a close up of the whole play, but from what I could see, the roll into the back of Drue was not necessary. It did not look at all to me as something that could not be avoided.

Over my 40+ years, I've seen numerous hurtful blocks by Navy. From this year, take a look at the block from the Houston game. It was purposefully an illegal chop. No question about it.

Just because someone serves, does not me they aren't capable of wrong, and can not be questioned.

This, a gazillion times. Been saying this since Dex's first game back.

If it’s a high sprain then it can take a while to recover from that. Better than a knee injury but still not something one recovers from in a week or two. Let’s hope it’s nothing serious.

That would be soooooooo much better than a knee. We know he can heel lol... It will just suck losing him for a month.

It's a product of how they're coached. Complete abandon because otherwise, they can't compete.

Fuck that.

I'm sick of it. We all knew it would happen and here we are.

Yep. Fuck this series. Should have been cancelled years ago. Debt has been paid.

Out of respect for you I'll make one last post.

I totally agree I don't like the cut blocking either and I wish ND didn't play Navy. I didn't like how we played as a soccer team at USNA to compete with perceived better teams (not dirty just not confident strategy).

But that is not what happened here. You even admit you're not 100% sure and want to look at it more. But that didn't stop the negative posts.

Then multiple posters doubled down because the anti-Navy narrative is so strong. I just don't fit in here.

Thank you for your measured response. Much appreciated.

Only criticism from me to this point is the offensive play calling is a bit predictable. With that said, score here and get the starters out.

Try Gold Helmet or Doomer Domain.

I’m sure you’ll enjoy it there.

Or just comeback when you can? I mean little breaks are good bruh. I know. No need quitting over opinion.

You need to hang around at least to help balance out the NAVY negativity. I like the series and now that Drue is back on the side line I am sure everyone is settling down a bit.

Take a breath, have a beer, and stick around. Every FB fan over reacts on both sides.
You do fit here. More than a lot of others lol and it doesn't stop them. Just remember, it takes all kinds.
