This is the most important game this year. This will tell us all we need to know about how we're going to finish the season. We're either going to fold up the tents and quit like last year, or keep fighting.

I know it probably won't happen but I would love to see a 60 spot again.

For all my DC people there is a game watch this Saturday in the city that is part of the inaugural Bob Kemp Lacrosse Classic. Bob Kemp was the father of ND 1st Team All-American goalies Joey and John Kemp, as well as CJ Kemp who was a standout at Drexel. Bob Kemp passed away this past year and the proceeds will benefit a scholarship fund that has been set up in his name.

Here's a link to details: http://bobkemplacrosseclassic.com/

I will also be attending the fall ball scrimmage on 10/11 at Georgetown Prep, but that's not football related.

Navy's cuts are vicious. I hate ND plays them every year...yea I get the reason.

Hope we aren't lamenting the loss of another D lineman next week.

If you fire off the line and drive your guy back into the backfield, they don't have a chance to cut you.

just sayin'...

Looks good on paper. The will to bury them will be there. This team has to be salty as hell right now, and looking for blood.

If they drop this game the board will officially meltdown... and we all know that one big error per half can keep a disciplined Navy team in the game until the end... jumping out to an early lead would be great for our collective blood pressure.

Wimbush getting mop up (or "deck swabbing," see what I did?!?!?) duty in the second half would pacify quite a few people.

That tweet is a bit much, but c'mon...we weren't sucking up to/wearing the same "baselayer" as UVA and we played down to them too.

Ken N. will pull out all the tricks on Saturday. I'm predicting Max will get roasted at least twice on the halfback pass.

I would not want to play us next week. I think the uniform thing is cool but get the shots at our killer instinct.

This game should resemble the 2011 Navy game. I like to think we are mentally stronger this year where it won't be FSU hangover time.

Welp...thats nice to say and all. And no one ever thinks of that apparently, or everyone forgets to tell players that, because it doesn't happen consistently against Navy.

Going to be a tough game I think this weekend. Navy is 4-0 and just TOUGH kid's overall with an improved defense and a Senior QB to boot, which always helps in any offense.

I think this is going to be a 4 quarter game.

I don't expect to see much shakeup with the depth chart until post-USC during the bye week. I better not see Amir back there returning kickoffs though. So over that.

not gonna belittle ann arbor too much b/c they've been playing well, but the last two teams they've played have been REALLY bad on offense.

It's not like they played two D 2 teams though... what they've done the past month is impressive.
