Plus, to be honest, our season ended that night in Tallahassee. Irish were never going to get back into the playoff and this season just proves that we need to go undefeated or join a conference or we're not getting in there. Good ole College Football Playoff.

It's going to be pretty simple. You can't crap yourself in the first half and allow 34 unanswered points against a top ten team and expect it not to be a blowout.

I love Golson, and when he's in the zone he's really unbelievable. But he does have a bit of a habit of starting games awfully.

Golson is who he is. I wouldn't trade his big play ability. You take the good with the bad. I think Brian kelly is outstanding. This team is growing. But he needs to take the heat for this one.

I agree but Jaylon is playing bad and not only today. I said this after the Navy game (post game observations): "I'm honestly not impressed with Jaylon the last three games, not at all". I'm not blaming him and he has not the fault but he is not playing well lately.

Definitely. Brian Kelly still has a lot to answer for. He is guy in charge after all. I'd love for him to come out and take responsibility the disaster that was the first half. Just like I think we can attribute the turn around at half time to some things he did.

I agree Golson just blew it in so many ways. Defense played well enough for ND to win. The O which was supposed to be the strength stunk it up at every opportunity.
