Dabo rolling with a true freshman kicker is purely negligence when transfer kickers are a dime a dozen

I'm a whole 3 videos in but I like this Josh guy. I agree with him and also respect Dabo for standing up for what he believes, against the direction of CFB. Every wildly successful person is quirky in a way, I don't get the Dabo hate. I respect him immensely.

agree 100%

IF ND had landed Coleman and Fiske from the portal I personally would think we're the clear cut favorite to win it all.

Coleman would be amazing to have opposite Thomas. I hoped Tobias would be it, but hasn't shown close to the ability I thought yet.

Should be a winnable game. Perhaps we can get 10 wins if the team keeps its shit together.

Let's try this again.

Klubnik had a QBR of 43.7 vs Charleston Southern and is at 31.7 for the year.

Fucks sake, get it right. 🤣

Couple things:

What's the atmosphere like here for opposing fans for those who have attended in the past? And are we anticipating this to be another night game?

Likely night game. I was at the game in 2015 and thought their fans were pretty cool overall. If you have a chance, go to the Esso Club. It’s an old Clemson bar, and the fans there were pretty hospitable.

Clemson fans are pretty welcoming to all fanbases except Gamecocks.
I've not been, but a couple of friends who have been echo the comments above. Actually trying to talk the spouse into going, but after the Louisville trip I'm not sure she would be up for it.

I had this game marked as a loss from the beginning of the season. Like Louisville last week, It will be interesting how they play against Miami tomorrow. Notre Dame is going to be an underdog at around +6. My guess is they lose to Miami tomorrow and beat ND.

Their defense is LEGIT. So is ND’s but can the Irish offense get out of their own way before going to Clemson?

Same question applies to Clemson, and then some. Their offense is a dumpster fire.

Every FBS opponent they've faced has held them to 5.6 yards or less per play.

Shipley is a very good back, no question. But Klubnik has struggled immensely and nobody has really established themselves at receiver. It's pretty much, stop Shipley, you stop Clemson. Can't imagine Klubnik is having much luck attacking ND's secondary the way they're playing.

I also don't think we can gauge the level of play from ND's offense based on the last few weeks. Not having Thomas and Greathouse has severely hampered ND's passing game, but also their perimeter run game. Thomas isn't only their top receiver, but their best blocking receiver and Greathouse isn't far behind. Getting them back and healthy is going to be a major upgrade.

You are spot on with regards to all of your points.

Clemson lacks the offense to overcome turnovers (just like ND vs UL recently).

My hope lies in your last paragraph. Get some capable receivers healthy (hamstrings are so damn tricky so don’t assume both will be back) & it may give the offense just enough balance to establish the run.

I’m still shocked at how little success Hartman has at play action. I heard II pod talking about it, too. It didn’t sound much better at WF but was hidden by the fact that he had great experienced WR compared to what he has at ND

Been back and forth on their game with Miami. Mind says Clemson wins and covers... gut says Miami upset. I don't trust Cristobal though
