ND were the own worst enemy. After a great first half, Clausen stared 2nd half out throwing a pick six. It was a clusterfuck from then on.

EDIT: ND posted their injury/COVID report and Lugg wasn't on it. So it seems like he's available, just not starting. Really odd considering he was a starter on the depth chart, but y'know...depth chart.

Starting to wonder what the story is on Lugg. He played well last season as a replacement along the OL. Dude is 6’7” and can move. He was highly rated out of HS. Hope he’s healthy.

3:08 PM Update - Joshua Lugg is working with the first team offense at right guard. Very positive sign for the Irish.

2:51 PM Update - Joshua Lugg is dressed for pre-game and is snapping the ball to quarterbacks. This is a positive development.

2:07 PM Update - Irish Breakdown was informed last evening that right guard Joshua Lugg might not play against the Tar Heels. According to multiple sources, Lugg battled a back injury late in the week and did not practice in the final two days leading up to the game. If Lugg cannot go he will be replaced by senior Dillan Gibbons.
