You're drunk (you admitted it) and you're acting like it.

Do you know anything about confidence and timing?

Kyle cannot kick that ball like normal with the double clutch, hand twisting, and other mishaps.

That completely, totally effects the kick.

You're embarrassing yourself. You're being childish.

Edit: F it. It was something taught to middle school kickers. It was a non-optimum hold, yes, but the kick was the same hook he played all game. Blame it on the hold all you want, Brindza still should make that kick at his level.

It's on the coaches that in week 11 we are still having issues with holds on chip shot FGs and extra points. Ridiculous.

So many issues, it is a full team dumpster fire. The coaches play calling/personnel issues/etc, QB turning it over at an epic rate, Oline inconsistencies, Defense holes all over the place, Safties are a train wreck, LB's are iffy (looked better tonight), CB's are our best part, Kicking and punting game is embarrassing a NAIA team is better than our kicking game, players not rising to the occasion A lot of kids getting tight.

The issue will be is how many recruits will we lose/keep, how many guys will transfer, and will we ever be a top team? Ever? We had 1 year and the rest have been rather bad looking. We Choked away a game against FSU in the bowl game due to us stopping blitzing, whooped Miami in the Sun Bowl, got destroyed in the national Championship, and we beat a weak Rutgers team by only 13.

The only positive I see is at aleast BK is 2-2 in bowl games (Bad ones though Sun Bowl is as weak as it gets and the Pinstripe Bowl please). While ND have absolutely sucked in bowl games.

I know we will have guys next year that have played a ton, but still we have really average pass rushers. And If Drue plays safety it will be horrible.

Hope we can actually keep our recruits.

Some kickers have ice in their veins, but ours is a great kid but the pressure came and he folded. Punting and kicking.

Instead of our team rising up and making plays we have folded 3 games in a row. And almost folded against Navy.

Our team is in real trouble. 7-5 and a bowl game and we may go 7-6. And there is no excuse for that.

I kind of think it comes around...next year, this team will be the same. Those things can be cleaned up.

EG won't get taller, that is my only concern. TE U isn't the same with a QB that can't get it to them.

Week 12 shit to work on:

holding a snap

tackling a ball carrier

kicking a 20 yd FG

passing the ball to dudes dressed like you

You know, really, complicated, nuanced shit.

Agree completely. Outside of a freakishly fortunate 2012 season Notre Dame under Kelley has been exceedingly mediocre. To me, next year Kelly must field a playoff team or start looking for new work. I think he is a terrific coach, but he just cannot put it all together. I am scared to death that the few decent recruits we have in this class will bolt . . . then all bets are off.

Looked much better for the few snaps he got last week. I don't understand why he didn't get a look to start. Played well today.

Some of their personnel decisions are just maddening. I am sure Collinsowrth and Tranquill are nice kids but they shouldn't be anywhere near a football field for a Power 5 team.

One pick is really not that bad, at least compared to everything else that went wrong today.

What I have been saying all along. Kelly is a good offense of coordinator. The fact that he called a timeout with third and 15 with less than a minute to play if they did score a touchdown would've given Louisville time to come back for a field goal. Not a head coach.

A field goal had we scored a touchdown wouldn't have been enough to beat us...we would've been up 4

Fire VanGorder and maybe Harry before it's too late. We have arguably the best Wide Receivers in the COUTNRY, and they are all returning next year if I'm not mistaken. Shake things up, Kelly - before it's too late. And the defense is another story. This is a college team, run a standard college defense, no need to get fancy. With a complex defense it takes time to learn, a year or two and to be quite frank we don't have much time. Is it me or does it seem like we have no outside containment? I specifically watch the ends and they crash inside the tackle almost every play. Everyone just runs outside the tackles on ND. Even Weis's defenses would hold better than the current one.

He was ejected. These are college kids. Please don't openly celebrate their injuries.

My bad, he was ejected...sorry

Before his ejection, he played like sh!t, again...

But Martini played a bit better, not great.

He lead the team in tackles if I'm not mistaken. Kid is a freaking freshman. He arguably would be 3rd on the depth chart if we had Jarrett Grace and Joe Schmidt healthy. Stop with the "put the backup in he's better" nonsense.

That's way overstated. But Max should be playing. Period.

Uh, Weis's last three defenses lost more games in the closing minutes than any other teams I have ever seen.

Yea, outside of the two personal fouls Morgan actually looked pretty good. Martini obviously played well too though...

The worst is that we've lost to a bunch of teams I don't have strong feelings about. It's going to suck to see f**king USC beat us next week.

You're right, it must be pure luck that he's been a head coach for over 20 years and has a career .700 win percentage. That's like... A dime a dozen.
