Is a complete phantom... Total bull... If anything it's an anti ND bias... The only objective poll out there has Notre Dame much higher than the human polls... If there is this total bias for ND shouldn't the polls read in completely the opposite fashion??

Anyway, there be my thoughts for the day. Enjoy

Quite possibly. If nothing else it makes them extremely possessive. When I bought my house in 1983, bringing my cat with me, I planted some catnip. It became a a territorial and loud proving ground among my Jezebel and neighboring "free range" cats. The coming spring it was common to find my cat or others camped out on the spot where the catnip grew.

The result was that greed prevented the catnip from sprouting. Is there a lesson here?

The problem is ACamp is clearly biased, and some have already started questioning his loyalties.

I would say we have a media bias against us. If it comes to filling a bowl game though we have a bias for us. We can pack a stadium anywhere.

The media is not the issue but college football sees the type of people who represent this school and is a breath of fresh air opposed to the minor league semi pro football played at other places. College football needed this shot in the @$# from Notre Dame. If it were BYU/Stanford/Duke /Northwesten etc I'd be pulling for them as well. It just so happens to be this bunch of Irish and now the media must give them their due respect. It puts Manti is the eye of the storm for the Heisman and turns all eyes to 'college football' instead of 85 guys on campus to entertain on Saturday that wouldnt even be in college except for the fact that they can play football.

If Manti has a HUGE game next week he will be in a bigger conversation for heisman. Why not, who else has solidified a spot?

Rod Gilmore praised Manti on a ESPN post game show and pointed out his tackles, turnover prowess, and exemplary leadership. When asked if Manti could win, he said, "No, even if ND goes undefeated with wins over Oklahoma and USC it wouldn't be enough because he's a defensive player. He would rise higher but could not win."

Sorry to say it but he's right.
