Heard him talk at a clinic before. I liked him but don't know what he can do development wise. He has the dude playing for Indy in the league
According to his bio he developed old friend Michael Young into a second-team All-AAC receiver. So there's that.

Pedestrian hire at best. If nothing else, Stuckey was a more proven recruiter. Unless MF makes an OC change, it’s hard to see a path where we improve in the passing game, or on offense in 2024.

I'm not going to pretend that I know everything about him, but based on what I've read this seems like a "meh" hire. Wisconsin fans don't seem to be terribly upset over this, which isn't good.
To be fair, he was only at Wisconsin for a year, so there's not much for them to go off of.

He was at Cinn in 2020 their numbers looked like ours this year.
In 2021 they had a 880 yard, 520, 440, and 360 yard receiver I’ll take that all day
In 2022 Cinn had Tyler Scott 900 yards playing for Bears, plus another 672 yard receiver and 2 300 yard receivers
2023 at Wisconsin they didn’t really throw much ran the ball 65% of the time and still had a 700 yard receiver and 3 300 yarder receivers. He’s young and has NFL experience. The more I think about it I like this higher a lot. He’s got way more proven experience. Is he Shepherd? No. But you need to get a coach starting now to get these transfers coming in.
