This loss, might be the worst in the history of ND football.
We are done and If we make the playoffs, we'll lose the very first game.

Riley Leonard is not the problem. Marcus Freeman is. He's too young and inexperienced to coach a team like ours.
I call for MF to be fired. Let Golden take over.
I agree, except that RL was a major part of the problem today.

Freeman doesn’t have the balls to bench him, and that’s the ultimate problem.

Face it, the guy is a dog shit coach …Oklahoma State, Marshall, Stanford, Ohio State, Duke, Louisville, Clemson….need I say more

Leonard is not good. But if this loss wipes the pompous crucifix off his cheek, it will be worth it.

The NIU getting a push from their OL was astonishing. Hats off to them. ND front seven was mediocre at best as NIU continued to fall forward for extra yardage run after run after run.

The WR corp may be better than last year's FCS-level group, but Hartman is so, so much better than Leonard. The OL gave him time to throw. He's just an athlete playing QB.

Also, you're never as good as you look, or as bad as you look.
This is weird.

I hate to say it but Freeman feels a bit like Charlie Weiss minus the schematic advantage

I loved seeing the drumline making freeman think things over during the press conference (1:14 mark)

If the football team can’t figure things out, the drumline will. Absolutely won the halftime show today against NIU. NDDL wants freeman to take notes on how to absolute thrash the teams you’re supposed to

Take a break, football is not that serious. FYI, ND is Catholic school if you didn't know. Plenty of secular schools to root for.

For those of you who have been through a divorce, is the feeling of not caring about something you once loved, common? Asking for a friend.
Have not been through a divorce but feeling of not caring is real at this moment.

Lol you know what stops progress? Whatever that shit was Leonard did today 😂

Oh I know what you mean. RL is dogshit on the field. It just seems that if you are going to do it, then you should do it for Minchey or Carr.

It's a weird way to look at ND Football, but I know I've always loved ND more than any of my ex-wives.

At least I can count on ND 12 -13 times a year

I literally have no clue what it must feel like to be a fan of a real college football team.
I live in Atlanta, half my friends graduated from UGA....the other half are a mix of Bama, Clemson and UF guys....with some married to Fsu and Aub girls. I have a good idea what it feels like, but I'm definitely odd man out.
