Night game ND-Scum

Not sure if its been mentioned yet but from what I'm hearing is it is 95% done deal. ND- UM night game at ND... The house will be rocking, must-see! Anybody else hearing this?

This is the first I've heard of this, but it would make sense, after the successful* one against SC last year and the fact that we just played one at scUM. I would enjoy this very much.

Where are you hearing that it's "95% a done deal"?

*Successful as in the presentation and atmosphere. Not in terms of the game, because I will never get over the fact that we played like complete sh*t on arguably the biggest national stage we've been on since the Sugar Bowl in '06.

The atmosphere against USC was electric. We just shat the bed In the 1st quarter which caused the crowd to settle down.

Hey Tad, Has anyone ever been able to confirm that thread someone posted awhile back that was claiming a crew was at the stadium installing field turf?

Not that I know of or have seen posted. The only thing I know for a fact is we will kick Michigan's *ss. The rest is just me speculating, or hoping, may be more accurate.

Idk where else to post this but against every team I have seen Notre Dame play more than once in person, they have a losing or .500 record--except Purdue (3-0)

I have heard excuses from, "dont want to play to many night games next season", to "its not fair for there fans to have to drive to South Bend for a night game" but none "we are afraid to play u at your house under the lights cause we are spineless tw@ts"

i promised myself walking out of the stadium after the usc night game last year that i was done travelling all over the country, spending all my time and money only to see ND **** the bed.....but alas, when i saw my brothers around the holidays we decided to head to to dublin for the navy game.

I say take it up a notch and wait until right before the michigan game, install and get the crowd f'n rocking silly! Can you imagine the michigan team coming to our stadium thats already going to be significantly different from 2 years ago with field turf, night game and of course a team that wants revenge. Add to that a last minute addition of a jumbotron..they would not be ready for the crowd noise, lets just say that. We need to get rid of the towels and get some of those poms on a stick. Much easier and have a better visual effect. Would not mind some of those loud slap sticks or maybe one of those horns all the soccer people use. I guess a chant the whole stadium can join in unison besides of course the band song clap. Ok rant over. Lol
