Blackhawks back in the next few years?
It is going to take some time, but Bedard gives them a great piece to build around.

I liked the Oliver Moore pick. He has been declared the best skater in the draft by any scout that has seen him and has a high motor. Those are the dudes you need in the playoffs. Getting him at 19th felt like a very good value.

3-4 years they should I think they'll sign 1 year rental guys this year then flip them for picks at the deadline again. They have 4 second round picks today in a deep draft and 2 firsts next year. Moore is also a stud.

Overall pleased with the Blackhawks draft on paper. The prospect pipeline is loaded with defensemen, so they went offense in this draft minus taking the first goalie off of the board in the second round. This rebuild will take time and that's okay. They get two more Tampa Bay picks in 2024 and one of them is yet another first rounder.

I think Chicago turns it around pretty quick. I don’t know if I have them in the playoffs in the next two seasons but that would surprise me less than them taking longer

Aging Tampa core too. One major injury could lead it to being a top ten pick!

I’m not sure they’ll be bottom 10, but Tampa hasn’t exactly been getting better the past few seasons

Prayers for Barry. My father-in-law recently passed away from Parkinsons. Difficult debilitating disease.

Where were you 14 years ago today.

That moment, Podsednik World Series walk-off and Hester's opening KO TD in the Super Bowl are probably the top 3 exciting sports moments.

Looking forward to a Championship Two-fer with the Irish & Hawks here soon.

I made the decree in 1993. I remember it like it was yesterday.

'Let no Canadian team ever win The Lord Stanley Cup again'.

I love a Cup Final Game 7.

This one just has so much more juice to it than any I can remember in a long time.

So hyped for tonight. Going out to watch it at a bar known for having too many Canukian ex-pats. It’ll be must see TV regardless what happens. Thankful Americas team is the god forsaken FL Panthers. I’ll be ok if the Oilers win. They were my longtime other team once the Hawks got bounced.

Miami beating a former dynasty team is peak expansion bullshit.

Suck it Canada! They haven't won a Cup since ND won it's last Natty.
