To be clear, we CAN keep a player who was a third round pick last year and would be a second round pick THIS year, but we CANNOT keep a player who was a second round pick last year, correct?

No I believe the one round penalty essentially prevents a third round pick from being kept.

I can edit the keepers up to the start of the draft. I think last season we set a deadline of the day before the draft just to give me a buffer to get it set up.

I'll sit down and pick a tentative date and time tonight. Looks like weeknight 10ish eastern non Tuesday seems to work for everyone.
