Logan Imes is a lock per Prister
Hopefully this happens
Beat part of this has been watching the 8 PSU basketball fans pretend like he might not leave, all while calling his dad every name imaginable because he left for a better job in his home state.Listened to the II pod, Prister dropped the news that his son will be following him to ND. Not a shock by any means, but still could’ve given the kid his moment.
He's definitely our best recruit, that much is not up for debateI’m going to double down on Markus Burton being an absolute hidden gem for us.
There probably was zero interest until the coach he was committed to was hired by ND.Just to show how useless coverage of ND men's basketball has been in a general sense, go look at 247's recruiting page for Booth: there is zero mention of any offer or interest from ND. And that's despite ND coming off a nice season last year and bringing in a good class of recruits.
I get that, but lack of interest on the part of the recruit isn't usually a factor in a recruiting website reporting interest from a school. There probably was zero interest until the coach he was committed to was hired by ND.
Dunlap liked this tweet. If we add Imes, Booth, and Shrewsberry to Markus Burton, that’s a pretty solid class. I wonder if either of the guys who decomitted will give another look? Should be a solid path to early PT.

Thankfully, yes. So based on Noie's tweet, it doesn't sound like he will be leaving. Is Lubin still on the team?
Why? The basketball team has consistently gotten undergrad transfers for over 20 years. From South Bend. But will be tough as undergrad transfer.
Would like the beat to get on recruiting finally.
Btw, this kid looks like the real deal. Let’s hope we can close this quickly.
How many guys from South Bend who played 2 years in Indy before transferring to a shady charter/hoops factory in Arizona got into ND?Why? The basketball team has consistently gotten undergrad transfers for over 20 years.
I could be mistaken, but in the past I believe the year that transfers used to be forced to sit out was used by ND as a way for these undergrad transfers to “catch up” if needed prior to actually using a year of eligibility. I believe the thought was that a transfer sitting out a year could take a larger course load than a typical student-athlete. Again, I could be mistaken. Why? The basketball team has consistently gotten undergrad transfers for over 20 years.
Well, now I know why. Thanks. How many guys from South Bend who played 2 years in Indy before transferring to a shady charter/hoops factory in Arizona got into ND?
ND isn't Duke ya know.
Well, now I know why. Thanks.
P.S. where did he play in Indy?

Actually 8...supposedly the 3 Penn State guys are following Micah...we so 5 more to give? Get some grad transfers in, especially some Bigs...Cormac announced he's entering the transfer portal while simultaneously getting a NBA eval, so I'd assume he's a goner, so that's 9 schollys to give if I'm not mistaken.
