Fickell may go to ND but it's not for his Midwest catholic recruiting prowess.

I think most of it is plausible. However, this is the same guy that said Kelly was gonna make $15 million a year at LSU.

Lol probably not true but not impossible. I could imagine it even if Freeman doesn’t actually dislike BK for it as Freeman also ain’t no dummy and the hate BK train is a great motivation tactic for the CFP. All is fair in the game as BK clearly believes

If that is true then I may have to shift my efforts from Salma to Marcus,.... Let's hope the "looking like an asshole" comment was Freeman as rumored... it could play nicely here.

This sounds like the pivotal moment in a movie about this season. Freeman leads the team to a Natty. Kevin Spacey would play Brian Kelly (Yes, I know). A new generation would talk about "Freeman" instead of "Rudy." Fuck, I've been remarkably unproductive at work today.

At the end of the day I'm okay with Kelly leaving. He had his success but also had his downfalls too. I think this team can get over the hump with Freeman. Someone else mentioned on twitter they think at the end of the day Kelly got bored at ND you got no conference title to play for ever and then LSU dropped the bags on him, if anyone of us was in that situation we would say yes too.

I guess with Kelly leaving he takes his red faced memes and Declan Sullivan stuff with him. Just hope its not a repeat of 1993 when Holtz left and put ND on life support for about 2 decades.
