Any injuries aside from cramps coming out of this?
I know I joke a lot but honestly I wouldn’t worry one fuck about any of this until we get through northwestern unbeaten... all this chatter about where we are ranked won’t matter one fcukle until then if we have any high bowl aspirations.

Yeah MTA is probably done for the year.
I think Hainsey, Karim, and Mack are all OK from their bumps and bruises.

Is that your opinion on MTA or did you hear/read something? Really hope he's not season ending hurt.
It's a rumor, I wouldn't take it to the bank. I'm sure we'll get the official diagnosis within 48 hours.
HOLD: Notre Dame's playoff hopes
The Irish beat Michigan, but there's a long way to go before we start talking playoff. Brandon Wimbush got off to a terrific start, completing 8 of 11 passes for 138 yards and a touchdown (to go with 47 rushing yards) on his first four drives. Clearly, he turned the page on last year's inconsistency, right? Well, the rest of the game didn't go so well. Wimbush finished 4-of-11 for 32 yards and had a pick, and Notre Dame's final seven drives amounted to a field goal, five punts and a turnover. That's not to say this wasn't a big positive for Notre Dame overall, but Michigan's inept offense isn't new, and the Irish still have dates with Stanford, Virginia Tech, Northwestern, Florida State and USC that will require more from Wimbush than one good quarter. Call us cautiously optimistic.
- I love the way Wimbush runs the ball, he can be the best RB on the roster. On the other hand, i do not like him as a passer. Highly inaccurate, unnnecessary and risky throws and miss a lot of short, quick passes. I have a mini heart attack every time he throws the ball, with him it is easy to expect either a TD or a Pick six.
- Not impressed with any RB. Jones runs hard but he is not a threat with the ball in his hands.
- Our WR corp is a problem to Defensive coordinators. They can create mismatches to every defense. Boykin, Claypool, Mack are taller than any CB in the country. Even Finke won a badass jumpball for the TD. This is a very underrated group, even tho no one is elite.
- Hainsey had a rough game dealing with Winovich, i think Eichenberg managed his first start very well, he looked composed against Gary.
- Khalid Kareem may be the best DL since Tuitt, he is not as good as him but he is very good.
- Coney is very solid, he makes no mistakes and get the job done on every play, very reliable player. Best LB since Te'o. Tranquill was good, not great. Bilal is a bit frustrating, he put himself in place to make some good plays but can't finish the job.
- I think Gilman deserved the game ball, his first game as an Irish and he commanded the defense and his presence bring a lot of energy, swag and aggressiveness. His style of play reminded me to Jamoris Slaughter, but he is better than Jamoris. Very impressed with him.
- Special teams were awful.

One positive I did hear last night was the loudest the stadium has been in 5 years

If this is the case then NBC should be ashamed. It sounded like every other NBC broadcasts I've watched in the past five years. Absolutely terrible production, almost as bad as the color commentary.

Am I the only one that wasn't disappointed with our o line at all? Maybe it was just because I was expecting the worst, but they performed better than anticipated. You're never going to stop a line as strong as Michigan's but I felt that our tackles in particular did a solid job funneling the rush outside, giving Wimbush a chance to climb up in the pocket.
This unit just lost 2 of the best lineman in the country. It's going to take some time for them to gel, and that was the best defense they will face all season.
I'm very bullish on our line going forward.
Also Alohi Gilman is a revelation. When is the last time we have safety play that good??
I’m extremely disappointed not a single member has mentioned how well Daelin Hayes played last night. IMO he was the best DE on ND last night. That’s the Hayes I envisioned cling out of high school.
All 4 DE’s played good for ND last night.
