Is Kiffen too toxic to be ND's head coach?

Watching Ole Miss and Auburn. Lane seems to have them playing good. If Kelly retired or moved on. Would ND nation be ok with maybe hiring Kiffen?

If Kiffen were hired, and he had some success, what is your confidence level that he wouldn’t chase another job at the drop of a hat.

I get that. Nor am I saying that I want BK to leave. Just asking if Lane would be an acceptable hire for ND?

They just got their ass kicked by Auburn and you ask this. What has he even done as a head coach to be considered? He’s had 3 ten win seasons and only one of those was at SC.

He is the lowest form of scum coach. I was at the vols/ole miss game and saw him run out the tunnel sarcastically waving and shouting at the crowd every time. That doesn't condone throwing things, but i will say i understand.

Divorced.

Notre Dame believes that what God has joined let no man put asunder.

No divorces.

coaches must be family men, role models.

Look at Kelly's family.
Look at Elston's family
Look at Freeman's family.

No divorces.

I don’t actually think that this is too crazy of a hypothetical and I think Lane Kiffin has shown lots of improvement as a coach since his initial failures at the Raiders and USC.

But the real question is what would his burner Twitter handle be at ND?

Kiffin had an episode in Knoxville also.

But let's first go back to the
Raiders. Al Davis let a lot of coaches go. But only once did he get on a podium and excoriate the dismissed coach. that was Kiffin.

FWIW, Monte Kiffin is part of the lousy dad's club along with Andy Reid.

Make no mistake about it Kiffin is a brilliant offensive
STRATEGIST
TACTICIAN

But he has the morality of an earthworm

His wife was with child when he took the job at Tennessee. When the son was born he was named "Knox" Yep you can look it up.

Of course BEFORE little Knox, the pride of Knoxville, celebrated his first birthday, Daddy had flown the orange coop to take the job as USC head coach.

Kiffin can coach X's and O's But he is a dogturd of a human being.

And, after all this is Notre Dame.
"What doth it profit a man If he gain the whole world but lose his soul"

You may want Notre Dame to lose its soul.

I do not.

Lane Kiffin would be perfect for LSU. He has recruiting chops in California and Florida (a ripe area now with Diaz on the ropes and Mullen making NFL noises) and Baton Rouge is deliciously corrupt enough to sneer at the paucity and meagerness of Lane Kiffin's transgressions which are more smarmy than criminal.

Remember Edwards Hellaire, and ask yourself what the hell young football players were doing "trying to sell an electronic item" when, OOPSIE!!

NOTHING TO SEE HERE, should the Baton Rouge police

Scotlandville is near Southern U. and if you know Red Stick then you know that neighborhood.

wut?

Kelly was accused of being pro-choice (and got the job).
And it was a scandal to have a pro-choice President address the student body.

Yet, divorce is the defining issue for a hire?

Umm…, no.

Lol what? Are you ranting about LSU or Kiffin? This is like complaining about Harbaugh by citing problems that happened at Purdue.
