Ol Dirty Bastard (November 15, 1968 – November 13, 2004) died 8 years ago today. I think Wu Tang has been forgotten as one of the greatest rap groups of all time and ODB's talents are severely under appreciated.

I know Sherm has posted Wu references before, but I just wanted to see if there are other Wu fans out there.

Sounds like a real standup American citizen. The kind of guy I want my son to grow up to be like and my daughter to date

Chit. I am fiiggin' old. I immediately wondered if he was a relative. My mother was a born and raised Wisconsin Jones. My Gramma Jones passed away in 1984 at age 100 + 2 months.

A similar crisis of identity cropped up with Howard Jones many years ago. I had an uncle and a cousin named Howard Jones. They have both passed. My cousin's son, yet another Howard Jones, is still with us.  I am grateful.
