What would YOU personally enforce? What level of crimes? All crimes.
What would YOU personally enforce? What level of crimes? All crimes.
So no examples of Christ saying to eradicate people?I believe we are doing the Lords work and keeping Bua from doing something stupid out in the real world and providing a distraction for him so he doesn’t get out of his mom’s basement. The Bua Vortex is real.
It was. Citizens are from here. Either through birth or by jumping through the hoops necessary after living here X amount of time. Didn't expect a lib to be so blood and soil about where people are from!It absolutely was not. One does not need to be "from here" to be a citizen or LPR.
So..try again.
It is.
So now criminal charges don't even matter. Convictions, charges, none of it matters.
Oh, so now we are fine with "thought police".
All crimes. What would YOU personally enforce? What level of crimes?
No they are not. You can hold dual citizenship and just because you jump through hoops does not mean you are "from" a place originally.Citizens are from here.
How do you determine that?m very fine with thought policing people who don't have a right to be here.
How would you determine that? All crimes.
What about citizens that are born here but won't be able to prove it based on new requirements in the save act?It was. Citizens are from here. Either through birth or by jumping through the hoops necessary after living here X amount of time. Didn't expect a lib to be so blood and soil about where people are from!
Correct. None of it really matters. Crimes (charged, convicted, otherwise) is probably the best trigger, but it's absurd to have a structure in place where the government has to let a foreigner live here.
I'm very fine with thought policing people who don't have a right to be here.
As far as the law goes, if your parent is an American so are you. Ted Cruz is born in Canada. He's still from here for all intents and purposes. No they are not. You can hold dual citizenship and just because you jump through hoops does not mean you are "from" a place originally.
There are people who are American citizens who not only aren't from here...but currently don't even live here.
Try again.
re: jumping through hoops, what if in the years long process of jumping through hoops they are randomly chosen to be deported? They are adhering to your standard..but still end up being kicked out. We've now established that crimes don't matter and it can be for anything....and on to....
How do you determine that?
How would you determine that?
Who won't be able to prove they are citizens? What about citizens that are born here but won't be able to prove it based on new requirements in the save act?
Incorrect! This directly excludes your group of "jumping through the hoops" folks. As far as the law goes, if your parent is an American so are you
What are the choices? Who determines them? What recourse, if any, does the person have? What is the process? How is it adjudicated?Randomly chosen? I mean I'd like them to at least check a box
Anyone without birth certificate matching their current name or without a passport. Personally I have plenty of trans friends that fall into this category and are at risk of not being able eligible to vote if it passes into lawWho won't be able to prove they are citizens?
Who won't be able to prove they are citizens?
incorrect. You are trying here, I get it.Incorrect! This directly excludes your group of "jumping through the hoops" folks.
" re: jumping through hoops, what if in the years long process of jumping through hoops they are randomly chosen to be deported? "

Lol did you read the article or did you just copy the link?![]()
Millions of Americans Don’t Have Documents Proving Their Citizenship Readily Available
Requiring Americans to prove their citizenship to register to vote would exclude millions of citizens from the political process.www.brennancenter.org
I'm 100% correct. You even stipulated to it.incorrect.
Your words. Not mine.Either through birth or by jumping through the hoops necessary after living here X amount of time.
Did I say that? I'm asking you to layout your idea.you want me to draft a federal form and a whole legal process
How would they go about doing that? How much time would be given?Bare minimum people should have an opportunity to show they are a citizen.
So you agree with even non-citizens having due process?I don't care whether that goes to immigration judges, federal district court, etc
What about LPRs who get caught up in your thought police world? If someone can allow they are a citizen, then they aren't going anywhere
Pretty fucking easy to look up. I think there is a process to remove citizenship
Yes. You asked who wouldn't have access to prove they are citizens specifically related to the SAVE Act.(referenced by Colorado)Lol did you read the article or did you just copy the link?
That's voter registration. Not appealing a mythical deportation order.Anyone without birth certificate matching their current name or without a passport. Personally I have plenty of trans friends that fall into this category and are at risk of not being able eligible to vote if it passes into law
What are you talking about? This is a mess lmaoI'm 100% correct. You even stipulated to it.
Your words. Not mine.

How would they go about doing that? How much time would be given?
So you agree with even non-citizens having due process?
Do you disagree with the Trump admin deporting people prior to having due process rights in court? Your own system calls for it.
What about LPRs who get caught up in your thought police world?
Pretty fucking easy to look up
You seem confused.Yes. You asked who wouldn't have access to prove they are citizens specifically related to the SAVE Act.(referenced by Colorado)
That link answers that question. Try and keep up.
If it went to judge, which we've seen doesn't necessarily happen, and would it even matter if they don't listen to the judges orders? Which we've seen they just ignoreThat's voter registration. Not appealing a mythical deportation order.
If you went to a judge it wouldn't be an issue.
Re: more broadly to immigration... I'm sure you and the rest of the MAGA mongoloids would totally accept the explanation in court that the person is a citizen and they just lost their paperwork! "Trust me!" I'm sure that would fly with you.you don't need documents to prove things in court
I'm just imagining Bua's comments. LMAOWhat are you talking about? This is a mess lmao
I'm not. You for sure are though. You seem confused.
Yeah, dumb shit....that's the SAVE act that Colorado specifically mentions..in this post...right here. That's voter registration.
What about citizens that are born here but won't be able to prove it based on new requirements in the save act?
I already provided for that in my hypothetical. If it went to judge, which we've seen doesn't necessarily happen, and would it even matter if they don't listen to the judges orders? Which we've seen they just ignore
How would they do so?If someone says they are a citizen, they should have an opportunity to prove that.
It's not just losing paperwork lol. You'd have to be a legit psychopath to have nothing in your life that makes it seem more likely than not that you are a citizen.Re: more broadly to immigration... I'm sure you and the rest of the MAGA mongoloids would totally accept the explanation in court that the person is a citizen and they just lost their paperwork! "Trust me!" I'm sure that would fly with you.
Re: to the SAVE Act..what else could you provide? You'd have to be a legit psychopath to have nothing in your life that makes it seem more likely than not that you are a citizen.
"Here is my high school yearbook." "Here is some pictures of me." "Here is my mom's obituary." "Here is my older brother, here is his birth certificate. Yes we are from Iowa."How would they do so?
