Idk what you are trying to get at here.
Yes you do. It's why you answered the question so idiotically.

Who gives those people a right to be here?

Bonus question: What level/severity of criminality should make a person eligible for deportation?

Why do citizens have a right to be here? What an odd question. I suppose because they are from here.

Bonus answer: any and every crime should make people eligible for deportation. Whether the administration chooses to follow through should be up to them.

It's a very specific question.

What about crimes that are dismissed?

What is YOUR personal threshold?
It was answered.

Dismissed? Interesting hypo. I don't think it should matter if it was dismissed. Criminal charges are dismissed all the time for a variety of reasons.

I already provided my threshold.

Wasn't answered correctly.

No you haven't. You said it should be up to the administration to enforce it.

What would YOU personally enforce? What level of crimes?

So it's no longer a criminal conviction issue. Glad you've now moved the goal posts off that point.

Yes, it should be up to the administration. That depends on resources, which side of the bed the decision maker woke up on that day, is this a hot latina or some fat filipino guy, etc.

If you want to ask more and more specific things you'll get more specific answers. Thats not moving goalposts. Convictions certainly make things more black/white but it doesn't really matter to me.

Frankly it should not even be limited to criminal charges. These people don't have a right to be here. We don't have to let them stay. If the administration thinks some 30 year old foreign doctoral student is a commie, send him back lol.

You do. That's the point.

How was the wrongful death committed?

What would YOU personally enforce? What level of crimes?
Nope. People didn't start rightfully calling OJ a murderer after he got found liable for wrongful death. If that's what they were waiting for they are not very bright people.

All crimes. We've been over this several times.
