My take is that he has been confirmed through due process to be an illegal immigrant but he had a (in my opinion bogus) withholding of removal order. The administration should have sought judicial relief by getting that withholding of removal order lifted before deporting him. They should bring him back to Louisiana and hold him there until they get it legally settled. But given the information coming out about him today and his previous encounters with the legal system, I’m not losing sleep over it.

There is no order demanding he be brought back. The Supreme Court said that was unacceptable. Foreign policy falls under the purview of the executive branch.

We have returned Americans from overseas because the President has negotiated that. I'm sorry but the President has little-no motivation to bring an illegal immigrant back.
