They'll dodge, reword the question, answer something you didn't ask, obfuscate, stall, spin, and deflect, but can't just give a reasonable, straight answer to no matter what. Also it's worth noting that the numbers have been posted in here over and over again showing that illegals are a net positive towards the economy and commit crimes at a lower rate than natural born citizens.

No one is arguing the positive to labor force. Imagine how much tax revenue would increase if they were here legally. There are still a lot of illegals getting paid off the books. The process to get in may be three years but needs to be honored. I’m fine with adding personnel or changes to speed up the process.

I don't think the individuals should be demonized for their material conditions being destroyed by corrupt actors at home and an archaic immigration system in place.
