9 neg reps for this post, thats it, no wonder ND fans are content to be average, youre all a bunch of p@$$ies. (Pansies?)

Rees named started for Champs bowl, enough said, Hendrix, the future should be starting. Another joke of a decision made by BK.

It pains me to see all of my brothers insult me. My opinion isnt as important as all of you experts.

I love the Irish, but really all of you are hanging off of BKs sack. Heres a list of reason hes not the one.

1. He created division in his own locker room.
2. His offense sucks.
3. He has fumbled the QB situation.
4. He treats his players like ****.
5. His ego doesnt equal what he has accomplished.
6. He has been out coached in every game this year.
7. He lost to USC at home, the team didnt even show up.
8. He is going to lose Teo because of his stupidity.

I love the Irish. Not the coaches or players, they come and go, but I love Notre Dame football and all of you can kiss my butt.

Please keep the personal insults coming, I love them. It shows how insecure you all are with a point of view that doesnt follow the normal.

Coaching is coaching at any level, in any sport. I coach 10 year old "minors", I am glad all of you punks felt it appropiate to insult them. They are alot tougher than any of you who hide behind screen names and throw out insults. What happen to debate, freedom of speach, oh yea this is Irish Envy, where the only opinion that matters is the popular one.

I stayed away from this sight for months because of all the fake fans, I make an observation/post and I get insults, not any constuctive debate but personal insults. WOW. I love the Irish but I am starting to hate their fans. All of you guys are starting to act like BYU fans.

BK's offense sucks? So we have a 1,000 yard rusher for the 1st time since 05 and it sucks? We were on the verge of 2 1,000 yard rushers but Jonas got hurt and it sucks? Week in and week out, other than what two games, he found a way to get the ball to Floyd and it sucks? Eifert became a force to be dealt with and it sucks? The line went how many weeks without a sack and it sucks? When adjusted based on opponets the offense is top 25 I believe and it sucks?

Get out of here seriously.

Get out of here? Really. Nice debate.

BKs offense is fools gold, false advertisement.

Up against good defenses, they couldnt even move the ball. Sure they put up great numbers against inferior teams, but what happen against Pitt, BC, Stanford, USC, Wake Forest, with Rees they are too predictable, and just when you think Hendrix will jump start them, he names Rees the starter, pathetic.

Look at the body of work, ND is lucky that the D played so well.

I want to be the first to dominate Skip Holtz, he will be the one to bring my Irish back to National Championship contention. He already has a statue on campus, and his Dad will offer plenty of advice.

Now 12 neg reps, I wish some of you guys could of shown some of that fire at the USC game, where Kiffin was out coaching BK.

I cant believe I just said that.

But it is true, there is a great example, that was a must win for us, and we played pathetic, the final score was alot closer than the game. I hate USC and to see us play flat, make little to no adjustments, what a downer. What was the game plan for that game? Make USC look really good in front of the largest collection of potential recruits in the history of the free world. How many commits since then?

And who changed the name of the thread?

Big man there. Pretty funny. I am going to refer to you as Stalin, since you didnt agree with it, so you used your enormous power to change it. You ever seen the movie The Experiment? You remind me of Forest Whitaker, in the bath room looking in the mirror..... nice

This is a debate and you have not come back with any logical reasoning for your point.

1. Please explain how the option would help us? You still have not given x and o reasoning.

2. If you think coaching ten year olds is the same as college aged kids you are out of your mind. I work with both and they are way different. Coaching is not coaching at all levels.

Bottom line, Has Notre Dame gotten better with BK? The answer is NO. Here is a list of reasons why we lost with Charlie

1- Turnovers in red zone- we are worse
2- Defensive penalties on third down- nothing has changed.
3- Allowed 4th quarter comebacks- uh see Michigan game.
4- Unable to beat the good team- Losses to Stan, Mich, USC.
5- play to the level of opponent- duh that is what they have done all year.
6- not making adjustments during games- look at all the games, they ran the same base set of plays all year, they never added anything new. It has become easy to defend the Irish. Rush 3, and zone cover eveyone.

Now where is anyone to argue those points?

Didnt a few USC players talk about ND quitting in their game?

If you can't see that the offensive and defensive lines are miles ahead of where they were with Charlie, it's hard to understand how to argue this with you.

If you also can't see that you've been throwing out as many personal insults as anyone else on this thread, it's how to understand how to engage you in a conversation.

This is getting out of hand...Fire BK!? Com'n man. You seem to have all the answers, but a lot of ND's issues aren't coaching, it's all about player execution/performance. BK isn't fumbling in the red zone or throwing picks in our own territory. BK isn't the one muffing punts and jumping off sides. BK isn't the one not turning his head around on Denard Robinson lob passes. Those are player miscues, not coaching miscues.

I understand your frustration as I am also frustrated with this years team, but I feel much better where we are now and the overall development. BK literally had to start from scratch and he's 16-9 when your schedule is near the hardest year in and year out. The schedule isn't going to get any easier with some big additions next year.

Question for you...were you yelling for Holtz job after 2 seasons? You say you are one of the biggest fans so you should know that Holtz was 13-10 after his first 2 seasons...he really didn't pan out did he?

I don't recall Quinn and company(or Clausen and company) having issues with turning the ball over in the red zone?

2- Defensive penalties on third down- nothing has changed.

I didn't notice ND giving up a plethora of first downs via penalty, this year.

3- Allowed 4th quarter comebacks- uh see Michigan game.

There's no excuse for what happened in the Michigan game

4- Unable to beat the good team- Losses to Stan, Mich, USC.

See Michigan State

5- play to the level of opponent- duh that is what they have done all year.

Did this team play to the level of it's opponent against Purdue(38-10), Air Force(59-33), and Navy(56-14)?

6- not making adjustments during games- look at all the games, they ran the same base set of plays all year, they never added anything new.

ND outscored their opponents, 84-13, in the 3rd quarter for the year, so I don't think in game adjustments were that big of an issue.

Here's my beef with that... Isn't it a schematic advantage to force the team you will be playing against to game-plan against two quarterbacks as opposed to one? From watching the second half of the Stanford game it became evident to me that Hendrix was not as adept as Rees at pre-snap reads/adjustments. When Stanford blitzed, half the time Hendrix escapes the pocket or throws the ball away and the other half he takes a sack for a huge loss. I agree that I would love to see more Hendrix (which I still think we will) but naming Rees as the starter forces FSU to prepare for two quarterbacks with different styles. Naming Hendrix as the starter eliminates Rees as an option, where naming Rees the starter still leaves Hendrix firmly planted in the game plan. I would call that a crafty decision, not pathetic.

I'm not sure he'd be into that sort of thing.

Seriously, if you compare Skip Holtz's resume with Kelly's, they're not even close. So people are tearing you a new one because you came in here starting an incredibly antagonistic thread and then offered an imaginary solution to the perceived problem when pressed.

Kelly's had two years. Even Ty got three. He's going to have, at a minimum 4 years at ND. At the end of year four, if things aren't rock solid, come back and people will have more support for your position. But right now, there's literally a zero percent chance Kelly gets fired (short of pulling a Sandusky) so don't expect a warm welcome when you suggest that's the only hope for ND football.

The thread is a bit harsh. However I also think accusing the posters of blind faith is ludacris. Right now my biggest problem with Kelly is how he has handled the QB situation. Ultimately if he does not sort this out that will be the biggest reason that ND will fail. It is fair to question some of BK's decisions but firing him is not the answer at this time.

"Dominate" instead of "nominate". Was I the only one who caught this?
