Because other teams got more votes.

It's honestly bullshit. Wisconsin had 14 more votes last week than they have this week and moved back 2 spots despite beating Michigan State by almost 30. Wisky should be ranked at this point. Wake Forest jumped them for destroying mighty Stanford, and Pitt also jumped them for barely beating a pedestrian VT.
