Put the bands and south end zone bleachers back on the field!
Both with a Notre Dame/Ohio State national championship game
Yep. It is so frustrating how OSU seems to beat us in almost all sports. We owe them, big-time.It's time to get that OSU monkey off our backs.

Seriously. Would’ve clobbered people and scored TDs if he ever got some snaps at TE or FB.Amazing how fast he was at 312 lbs.
Every women at the tailgates will have one
Really impressive considering we certainly havent recruited at an average of 5th from say 2010-2023 the last decade. Probably closer to 10-12. Credit to BK tbh, great development.
You're a little early but not wrongND will be number 1 on this list in 2-3 years
When have they ever been anything more than that in the last 4 decades? Tigers don't change their stripes. Why Iowa fans continue to let their team be mediocre still amazes me.

I'm surprised Ferentz is still there, but the answer to your question is probably the administration. Fans see the admin isn't trying to move the needle and after years of mediocre to average football, why care/try?Why Iowa fans continue to let their team be mediocre still amazes me.
Iowa having 35 players in the league doesn't necessarily mean their coaching staff is underperforming. A lot of those players were lower ranked recruits who developed in college. Player development, not recruiting or the portal, is all that's keeping that program relevant. If anything, that's a credit to the Iowa staff not a mark against them. That said, their offense has consistently sucked as a whole for awhile now. That's on the coaching staff.OK?
They put a lot of players into the NFL was the point.

They play hard and develop players. If Ferentz didn't hand off his offense to his mouth breather son, they could have made a CFP in the past decade. Why Iowa fans continue to let their team be mediocre still amazes me.
Do you think Iowa’s expectation should be more like 10+ wins annually? Without Big Ten West?
Whether you start good or get good throughout your years in college, doesn't really matter to me. They put a lot of people in the NFL yet are 4-13 against ranked teams since 2020. I just think the fanbase should hold those coaches more accountable for how much talent they develop. Can't believe this is deemed a wild take.Iowa having 35 players in the league doesn't necessarily mean their coaching staff is underperforming. Idk about that one, they didn't have much talent at QB or the skill positions independent of poor offensive coaching. And their defenses, while typically pretty good, were never really to the level of the actual contenders. They play hard and develop players. Iowa is a bit of an outlier in that list when you consider the program's level of success or lack thereof- I'll give you that. I think the problem is their roster might have a few studs on it every year but doesn't come close to stacking up against the recruiting/NIL/portal giants in CFB or even the Big 10 for that matter.Whether you start good or get good throughout your years in college, doesn't really matter to me.
