Because none of them including Clemson, Georgia, FSU... you name It. The upper hands of college football don't have kids that go to normal classes... Aka. North Carolina (caught with 0 punishment). It's a disturbing thing and one we should be very weary of.

What’s the punishment for cheating
I heard it's not plagiarism or cheating, but that there were some citation issues on a midterm and he needs to make revisions for it to be acceptable. Fingers crossed that's it.

Cheating on an ethics test seems like its bad karma waiting to happen.
with all the folks saying it's not a big deal, or not concerned....
