Honestly this probably sounds worse than it will wind up being. Those aren't felony charges. (unless they're implicated in, you know, using the gun in some bad way, or had dealer-level amounts of pot). Probably a short suspension

Chance? Yes. Likely? No, but suspensions are most certainly coming at a minimum.
