It's good to hear that TJ is handling the situation of losing his dad fairly well and staying focused. That has to be tough for him to work through, but it does appear as though his maturity level and good character along w/ the support he's getting is letting him cope w/ the circumstances.

I don't want to see any starting DB playing and special teams this year. Especially returning. Just way too thin to take any chances.

Brian Kelly says that Darius Fleming will be "one of the most explosive players in the country" and that he wouldn't surprised if Fleming received national recognition.

Kelly also said Moore is battling AMac to back up Manti and doesn't factor into the Will position. Carlo is leading and Fox needs to close on him.

Wish we could hear the questions. Lots of references to "he" and "him" and when you don't hear the question its hard to know who Kelly is talking about.

The 3 safeties as of now will play the nickle although Lo is getting close to being able to play it. Bennett has "flashes of greatness" but is inconsistent.

Bennet has the size and speed to be a all-american CB. at 6'1" and running a 4.4 the sky is the limit for him.

You can definitely tell Kelly is itching to find a spot for Daniels to play but he still has a lot of learning to do.


Springman is challenging Hafis for 3rd NT.

A testament to the Weis era, Kelly said when he got here Ethan wasn't squatting anything and had no lower body strength.

Am I crazy or was he talking about Tyler Stockton?

(To clear up what I'm talking about) In reference to someone who can come in and give you 30 snaps or so because Nix can't do so much.
