Zero percent chance that will happen.Tea leaves are suggesting Real Madrid are going for Alexander Arnold, Saliba and Rodri.
I have to assume this is nothing more than transfer gossip because I fail to understand where they can find the money to buy the latter two and the wages to pay all three on top of who they already have in their squad.
On top of the fact that Madrid were embarrassing during the Ballon d'Or award ceremonies this season, and Rodri certainly took note of how they disrespected him by not showing up in protest for Vinny Jr, he is under contract until June 2027
Pep would have never extended his contract with City a few months ago if there was even a small inkling that he wouldn't have arguably the best defensive midfielder ever coming back for the 2025-2026 season.
It's more likely City makes a real run at Camavinga if they can secure Champions League football, then for Madrid to get Rodri.
