All I know of this is what is shown above...

From what I see there I see no real problem with Eden, it seems like whoever is on the ground is on the ball purposely holding up play and Eden is trying to get the ball free... don't be an arse and intentionally lay on the ball and you won't have players from the other team trying to kick away at it.

Sort of yes sort of no. The ball boy was, from what I heard trying to slow down play for Swansea but Hazard did kick him. Hazard was shown a straight red for that and will probably face a fine from the FA. The FA is also cracking down on this video online, removing it from any site it finds which is why I posted it in gif form.

The TalkSport announcer I heard talking about it made it sound like it was a pretty bizarre scene.

If it's a Swansea player he got what was coming to him. This slowing down play intentially garbage needs to stop.

Yeah, a ball boy. Not sure how old but you know how young those kids normally are; pre-teen, young teen maybe. I think the ball went out of play for a Chelsea throw-in around the 80th minute of the second leg of a game they were down 2-0 on aggregate in (at Swansea).

To me doesn't even appear that he actually kicked the kid...

I love Hazard as a player so maybe I'm biased but from the gif above I see nothing at all wrong with what he did. Those kids may be kids, but he definitely knew what he was doing.

Yeah from the gif I say Hazard was just jarring the ball lose from a kid who for some reason is lying on the ball refusing to let play continue...

Swansea ball boy was clearly in the wrong, but he's a kid. Eden Hazard is supposedly a professional. He may have meant to get to the ball, but he kicked the kid. You just can't do that. It's a straight red all day and he'll be banned. The kid should be banned as well, but the punishment for being a stupid boy isn't getting booted in the ribs. I have to side with Hazard. You can't jump on the ball to slow the game down, especially as a ball boy! Hopefully the FA realizes this and doesn't lay the hammer down on him.

Hahah he is. I didn't realize that at the time of my post. It still stands. You don't deserve to get kicked in the ribs for being stupid at 17. Hazard is going to get a ban for violent conduct because as stupid and deserving as that teenager was for his actions, you still can't kick him.

Just hope the Spurs start to fall apart too. Hoping Arsenal stay tough and get on a run. It's amazing that Arsenal are top 3 in a lot of categories yet are only 5th in the table. Too many stupid losses and ties. (See Norwich, Swansea, 1st Sunderland, Stoke, etc.)

There are few things in the soccer universe that I love more than watching Man United lose a match. And one of those is watching Barca lose a match.

I am by no means a Milan fan, I support Roma. But I couldn't help but yell and cheer for Milan as I watched the replay of that match last night.

Milan is in the drivers seat. If they get 1 goal at Camp Nou they will march to the next round and upset the spanish giant.
