Ha, the first minute you couldn’t even see anything because the wind swirled a couple smoke bombs right in front of the camera,…

Everton heading to Liverpool in the relegation zone.... 2 games in hand but 2 point gap to Burnley. Liverpool has to win though and unbeaten at home all year and Everton terrible away from home....sooo not lookin great for Toffees

Way more edgy in the second half than it should have been but a win is a win.

Two wins from:
Rangers
Hearts
Dundee United
Motherwell

,…. And it will be all over.

In fact a win next week and it’s already settled if not officially.

The diving, the time wasting 18 minutes into the match, a midfielder that completed two passes the entire match and both were off of kickoffs. You had to have expected it. They didn't disappoint.

Bin the blue shite. Hope they go down after that display. It was embarrassing.

Diaz and Origi had immediate impact. Origi loves an Everton goal. Good lad.

Congrats to Bayern Munich on a Ten Peat. Last time anyone other than them won a Bundesliga:

I saw a stat on tv yesterday that showed Everton has spent $800 million to liverpools $450 mil or something in the same time period. Liverpools net spending is much lower as well. Crazy.

If Everton go down, I suspect it'll be a while before they come back up. These clubs that do business in debt are doing so on the hope they'll always have the PL money coming in to keep their shitty business practices sustainable.

It will be bad for the city if they go down, but they've brought themselves to this position and it could be a Sunderland type of free fall. I didn't really want them to go down until yesterday. That was an embarrassing display. It isn't so much them getting relegated as it is having Frank as manager. That'll be fun.

I've also enjoyed Everton fans and City fans joining forces on Twitter to talk about how Liverpool receive favoritism from referees. It's a free app and a great one, at least until the Overlord purchases it.

English Premier League officiating is poor across the board. No one club is a favorite and there are no conspiracies. It is consistenly inconsisent and poor.

Oh, Pochettino finally won something. PSG are going to win Ligue 1. Shocker. I almost think coming in second with Spurs was more impressive.

I don’t know, I think they’re too talented for the Championship. I mean look at how Fulham has absolutely abused that division, Everton surely has more talent than that. I imagine they will sell Richarlson and DCL probably for below market rates, at least below what they could have gotten prior to the season. A few others can be expected to go as well.

The problem for them in the Championship isn't their talent, it's their financial issues. If they have to sell their best players, they cant just take that money and re-invest it into transfers. They need all the money they can get to make up for the lost Premier League revenue. They're already in massive debt, and that is going to become an avalanche trying to pay their players current wages while bringing in a fraction of their current revenue. I'm sure they also have players whose transfer fee is being payed in installments.

I think they're in big, big trouble if they go down.

Their problem is their talent ran out of fucks to give a long time ago. All the talent in the world means nothing if the culture and attitude are garbage.

Everton reminds me a lot of that Newcastle club that went down a while back. Very good team of individual players on paper. Very little fortitude. Newcastle was able to get back up again, thanks in large part to Rafa Benitez, who Everton sacked earlier this season when they were in 15th and safer than they are now.

The financial matters won't help them any. They're going to have heavy Prem wages in the Championship and will miss Prem money. It's a recipe for disaster.

Of course, liverpool fans including yourself dozens of times in this thread have famously never accused the PL of ref conspiracy.

You cut off my very next sentence in that post, conveniently.

Here it is again, one more time:

Faced with an entrenched cycle of hope, failure and a deepening malaise bred by European misadventures, the Qatari owners are now looking to reshape the club. Pochettino will be the first to go. A coaching swap with Tottenham for Antonio Conte seems likely, with the Italian reportedly offering to join PSG. Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has been in regular contact with Pochettino in recent months about a return to London.

Being happy about Liverpool winning is so odd,… normally I’d rather staple my testicles to a surprised alligator than root for that lot,… but Celtic winning the league and still not making the groups because Villa wins the whole thing would be so typical.

So weird to see Liverpool up 2-0 and not have half the board jerking off in this thread. Gonna be real tough if it’s a City Pool final, not sure who I would route against more.

In my house that would be called the ‘who gives a shit bowl’….

My magpies can’t get a top four spot soon enough,… once that happens, good luck y’all.

Sorry to disappoint yall but I was working and didnt get a chance to hop on until now. Another tactical masterclass by Klopp and excellent halftime adjustments. Parking the bus isnt working against Liverpool anymore. Two games in a row of trashass bus parking and time wasting and what does it get you? A big fat L. #YNWA

Everton grasping at life still. Now odds are they stay and Leeds go down.

Celtic. Not the ideal result, but one win away from locking things down.

Seems everytime I look for updates, another USMNT player goes down with an injury.

I hope Leeds stays up. They offer more than Everton ever has

Celtic should have had three in the first half but whatever,… the draw still makes the league all but won
