Documentary Adventure/Journey

Within the next month or so two of my close friends of mine will be embarking on a journey across the United States by any source of transportation that we can find. We are planning on filming this a documentary from the perspective, and way and lifestyle of a hitch hiker as we live off the land, hop trains, walk and make our trek across the United States I am going to update this via here, facebook, twitter, instagram and will be trying to make this into an indie style documentary

Hoboing has been on the decline for about 70 years. Hopefully this will help get it revitalized. This world needs hobos.

If nothing else, maybe kids will be able to once again dress up as a hobo for Halloween and not have their buddies wonder what the hell they're dressed up as.

How much shit paper you plan on packing in your backpacks? It may take awhile to make it through your trek-- and that could be a lot of dumps and therefore take up valuable real estate in your backpack. I recommend restocking on shit paper, even if it means you have to give yourself a dispensation from that aspect of living off the land.

That, or only hitching rides with dudes who have bidets.

May be tough, although me and a buddy hitchhiked quite a bit through Europe (this was in 97') and we never had problems getting rides. Of course we looked like young, innocent college kids as opposed to the typical looking degenerates that I see hitchhiking. Good luck.
