I am shocked everyday at the decisions some people make. WHY WOULD YOU EVER SEND THAT TWEET?

I'm assuming a tweet claiming that he was hacked is on the way.

His Wonderlic is going to be humorous. His interviews from the BCS Championship week were not in any language known to humans. This tweet kind of just proves that

Obviously this doesn't look good. Anyone saying any different is clueless. But, as hard to believe as it could be, he very possibly could have been hacked. Just like the Manti Te'o thing to an extent, hardly anyone believed him, and it came out he was in fact telling the truth.

Don't worry, ESPN is on the case. They'll probably have a front page article about it, right? RIGHT?!

You can take the player out of Bama but you can't take the Bama out of the player.

Calling BS on this being real. He tweets a ton and has never spelled "what" as "wat" before this specific tweet. I hate Bama but this is likely a hack.

Is he an idiot if his account was in fact hacked?

I think the point is moreso that a "hacked account" appears to be the defacto response when a regrettable social media post comes out from a well known person. It gives the impression of an easy cop out and way to distance oneself from a potentially bad situation without any real way to verify if it is truthful or not.

See Weiner, Anthony.

The hacked excuse worked for him until the press found out about all the other stuff he sent.

"I was hacked" is the new "my dog ate my homework" or "I was holding these for my friend."

The vast majority of the time it is an outright lie to cover posting something on social media that you regret. The minority of the time it is legit. This might be one of those times that it's legit.... but meh. Odds aren't in his favor.

Just the way this was written and completely random makes it an almost obvious hack.

I think most of the time this stuff happens,"hacked" actually means some friend borrowed your phone or got on your laptop without you watching to mess with you.

That's very true, but as ND fans, keep in mind that Manti Te'o story about how he got duped was viewed by the public as one of the biggest lies on behalf of a college athlete in the last few years, and hardly anyone believed him, yet he was indeed telling the truth.
