A bunch of old judges hear this crazy shit from this freak tomorrow.
Not sure what procedures you're talking about that shouldn't be available to non trans kids.Stupid argument by her. But health care options shouldn't be restricted only because the kid is trans. Options should be available and decision can be made between the family and doctor. There's enough research out that shows puberty blockers and hormones aren't harmful. You wanna block surgeries, that's fine by me but then the same procedures shouldn't be available to non trans kids.
Surgeries. There's zero proof that puberty blockers or hormones causes castration, and plenty of proof that you can still get pregnant or impregnate others. And more specifically if a non trans kid can get/receive a mastectomy or anything else (plastic surgery ie nose job) then those some surgery or procedure should be allowed on trans person of the same age.Not sure what procedures you're talking about that shouldn't be available to non trans kids.
Why would non-trans kids want to have a mastectomy? I'm fine with withholding plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons unless it's for a deformity.Surgeries. Young females get it due to excessive breath growth, and and some going males get them for gynecomastiaWhy would non-trans kids want to have a mastectomy? I'm fine with withholding plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons unless it's for a deformity.
It's rare, but testicular, ovarian, and breast cancer in very young patients also lead to surgeries similar to gender reassignment procedures. However, saying those shouldn't be available to non trans kids if you're going to ban them for trans kids is a huge stretch. They're being done for totally different reasons. Life saving, medically necessary procedures and therapies in such cases is NOT the same thing as using those same things to alter a minor's body for psychological or cosmetic reasons. We don't generally allow little kids to get rhinoplasty because they don't like their nose. We do, however, perform rhinoplasty on a kid whose nose has been damaged by accident or disease. One's medically necessary, while the other is just a bad idea to perform on someone too young to fully understand what they're doing.Young females get it due to excessive breath growth, and and some going males get them for gynecomastia
The only problem with your argument is the surgeries aren't being performed on people too young to fully understand. I've already posted links regarding an this but surgeries aren't being performed in large numbers and not on you little kids like you frame it. And teenagers have definitely been getting rhinoplastys for non necessary reasonings. It's rare, but testicular, ovarian, and breast cancer in very young patients also lead to surgeries similar to gender reassignment procedures. That's addressing things that are more of a deformity and not the same as lopping off the breasts or penis to switch teams.Young females get it due to excessive breath growth, and and some going males get them for gynecomastia
Look at the stats I just posted and read the study. Bottom surgery isnt being performed on minors. So that argument is irrelevant. Zero surgeries performed on anyone under the age of 12. 2.1 per 100000 for ages 15-17 and 0.1 per 100000 for those ages 13-14. 97% of breast reductions for minors were for cisgender males. That's addressing things that are more of a deformity and not the same as lopping off the breasts or penis to switch teams.
I think the more you vilify people like Penny for doing the right thing and potentially saving lives, the more you'll see people refuse to step up when lives are on the line. It leads to a society where people are scared to do anything because they fear legal repercussions. lives are no longer precious. That's what happened in that case of Wang Yue in China several years ago. Little girl was run over by a van, on surveillance video, and 18 people walk by the body without doing anything. People there were afraid because a Good Samaritan was sued for helping in a similar situation. It's a sick society that has such little regard for life.
A man sets a woman in fire on a NY subway. She burns to death while new Yorkers casually walk by and do nothing.
Absolutely disgusting and horrifying.
The suspect casually got up and walked away. He's still at large.
Daniel Penny effect or are New Yorkers just garbage human beings?
Was he Muslim?
Zero bail? Prob shouldn't press charges in Soros country.Guatemalan national.
Should be a crime to film while someone dies when you can helpHow can you just stand by and watch? Dude filming could have helped.
They caught the guy. The suspect sat down on a bench outside the car to watch her burn. A policeman had turned and fortunately his body cam caught the guys face. When he turned back he had taken off. Looks like some teenagers saw him and reported it to the police.Should be a crime to film while someone dies when you can help
