hmmmm....I know a great deal about this field of study, it being a lifelong hobby [which caused me a certain amount of grief as a college science teacher].

Film/photo evidence is the trickiest in the business as many things can go "wrong" in surprising ways [sort of like our game the other day]. Although on the first glance, this seems to show an object of some kind making movements against the direction of the wind, no competent UFO researcher would accept the evidence as anything but "interesting" until they acquired access to the device which filmed it and did tests with it --- especially as to internal reflections or electronic aberrations, depending upon the technology.

Even once the device passed the test, the case rarely gets much credence unless the witness says that he/she saw the thing in action, rather than just discovered it on film later. Then one needs to find another witness or at least an associate who was immediately told about the thing. Etc. Etc. Establishing one of these things as a likely "true" UFO is very difficult, particularly given sociological prejudice against the subject.

As to the UFO causing our defeat ... if the UFOnauts are "little green men" {they aren't, but just for jokes sake}, they certainly will find soul brothers in leprechauns and root for the Irish.

Love your insight on things like this OMM because I too am very interested in the "unknown", conspiracies, mysteries, and such. Allows me to have a break, especially after a loss, to get away from the regular discussion of QB competitions, predictions, and other regular topics. I do love those threads but after awhile it makes my head spin.

Wow. Meow. That narrator nearly put me to sleep with her smooth, soft, pleasant voice. She woke me up when she finished her commentary with "meow" lol

Maybe that's why Dayne had a bad half. Maybe they probed him, forgot and left it in his arse & were coming to get it back. Just a thought

Now You See It, Now You Don't: Time Cloak Created | Fox News

It's one thing to make an object invisible, like Harry Potter's mythical cloak. But scientists have made an entire event impossible to see. They have invented a time masker.

Think of it as an art heist that takes place before your eyes and surveillance cameras. You don't see the thief strolling into the museum, taking the painting down or walking away, but he did. It's not just that the thief is invisible -- his whole activity is.

What scientists at Cornell University did was on a much smaller scale, both in terms of events and time. It happened so quickly that it's not even a blink of an eye. Their time cloak lasts an incredibly tiny fraction of a fraction of a second. They hid an event for 40 trillionths of a second, according to a study appearing in Thursday's edition of the journal Nature.

We see events happening as light from them reaches our eyes. Usually it's a continuous flow of light. In the new research, however, scientists were able to interrupt that flow for just an instant.

...

If only they could cloak Monk Malloy and Beauchamp and the 15 year nightmare they wrought.

Soooo.. they didn't slow time. They delayed the light photons, thus deceiving our perception of time by 40 trillionth of a second?

I forget most of the temporal mechanics I learned from Star Trek as a kid.

Just think how fleet Tommy Rees will be next season when this is full implemented. His 40 will drop to single digits.

Anybody who believes that the Sandy Hook shooting is a conspiracy is a complete idiot, literally no exceptions.
I personally don't think they had anything to do with it. I think they were waiting for the first shooting that fit what they wanted in it to get a push for what they want.

Why would Obama be behind Benghazi? It came before the election and it was negative PR for him leading up to the election. If Obama was part.of some muslim brotherhood dealn wouldn't he have picked a better time from his standpoint.

Will you read everything before you post?

And yes.

It was Obama's decision for inaction.

The Muslim brotherhood thing is a "conspiracy theory."

Not to be confused with "concrete evidence."

I find it funny that someones opinion on here makes them right and others idiots. That facts are never what they may seem espescially if government employees are giving them. They only let you know what they want you to know. Don't be an idiot with your head up your A$$ either. Sh$t happens and don't think it can't.

Opinions can be stupid. The opinion that the government faked the Sandy Hook shooting is an example of a stupid opinion.

Do you not find certain events odd at all?

Have you watched the video? In fact I was angry about a conspiracy theory about it.

That's how I felt before I watched it.

Now I feel there's some strange elements...

One thing is certain: an assault rifle wasn't used.

Conspiracy theories are one of my favorite topics. I'm at the point where nothing can really shock me anymore, so I love to read them and ponder the great "what if."

The best gift upon death would be unlimited questions about anything. I digress, probably would spend the first 10 years asking s-it like "could I have banged Mary Jane Rottencrotch that one night in 10th grade?" Or "did lady gaga have a penis?"
