what are the scrip clubs like in Cincy? Might be a clincher for Herman lol
I just feel weird even listing him. It makes sense, but from a principled standpoint, I'd rather give the interview to Joe Moorhead or Sean Lewis.

Gotta head north towards Dayton or south towards Lexington if you want anything of quality.

Everyone knows the real fun is on Monmouth Street in Newport, though... the Brass Ass is the world's finest establishment. Herman could get into some of his usual weird trouble there, for sure.

You know the rules! You can't just drop something like this without proof.

Or he can head across the street to the Brass Bull or jump on Licking Pike to the Playpen

A man of NKY culture I see… the Pigpen is the true GOAT of the three, but I didn’t think the people of IE were ready for that yet.

True story:

My first experience with the Pigpen was senior year in high school. I had to DD my stepdad down there on a Saturday afternoon during college football because his friend was down there being drunk and disorderly, and his cop friend called and told us to run down and grab him before he got arrested.

The very first thing I see when we pull up… a pregnant stripper smoking a cigarette. No joke. Just big old pregnant belly, knee-high rubber boots, a thong, and a tube top. Smoking what I assume was a Newport 100 via one of those long plastic filters. It could not have been more cliche.

My stepdad then signaled me to come inside, as extracting his buddy would be a process… the experience inside the establishment was nearly as magical.

Yes sir! Went to St Henry and then NKU so been here for awhile.

And that is about the most perfect description of a scene at Playpen I’ve heard haha

Why, really? Northwestern is never winning anything. What more could they ask for than an alum who wants to be there and is a low risk to bolt, produces occasional winning seasons, is generally competitive even if they lose. Unless he’s lost the players, what more can you ask for at a place like that?
1-11 and face fucked by the Illini could sure do it

Don't know if it's been mentioned, but Sanders has said he's been talking to the Buffs.

UNLV fired HC Marcus Arroyo. Finished 5-7 and was second in line among 5-7 teams for a bowl.

0-6 in 2020, 2-10 last season, 5-7 this season with the potential for a bowl and the extra practices. So they fire him.

Would a self aware administration understand 1) he's shown improvement and 2) we're UNLV and maybe we shouldn't be firing coaches every three years?

This certainly doesn’t make sense from a W/L perspective……maybe there is some other issue behind the scenes that we aren’t privy to.

New A.D. that didn't hire him.

Still, you're UNLV. Maybe a revolving door of coaches isn't the best idea.

Arroyo can probably land as an OC somewhere out there. Coaches QBs as well.
